OBS version check in the installer

• The installer now checks that OBS Studio is version 32 or newer before installing, and asks you to update OBS first on an older version instead of the plugin silently not loading.

Shihab Source Record.

New plugin: Bareeq

• The countdown, the broadcast graphics (lower thirds, waiting screens, countdowns) and the Auto Director are now a separate plugin, split from Shihab Source Record.
• Your sources, graphics and docks stay as they are; the graphics identity and the Auto Director's scenes are taken over.
• The Auto Director button under OBS's Record button works as before (with Source Record 2.1.0 or newer).
• About and the update notice are under the Tools menu.
