2.0.9

Improvements

• The PC app and the phone app check for a new version every time they open, so a new release shows as soon as it is published.

Important

• Update the phone app to 2.0.9 too.

2.0.8

New

• The app looks after the Shihab OBS plugins: Shihab Source Record, Nabd and Bareeq. It checks their updates on its own and installs them in one click, after checking the publisher's signature as for the app's own update.
• When they are not installed, a small bar suggests installing them; you can hide it for good.
• Each plugin shows in "OBS plugin features" with its installed version and an install or update button.
• Camera alerts reach the Scene Controller phone app: phone battery, heat, weak network and a camera lost during the show.

2.0.6

New

• The phone app checks for updates itself (from Settings, or automatically once a day), and never offers one while a computer is connected, so a live show is not interrupted.
• The licence agreement is available from About in the app and in the phone app, and is shown before installing.

Improvements

• The tray icon menu has the new Shihab look, with Open, About and Exit.
• The app runs on PCs without the Visual C++ runtime, with nothing extra to install.
• Clearer logging of phone connection errors, for support.
