blastdbbuilder GUI v1.0.12

Bugfix release for the blastdbbuilder graphical user interface.

Fixes:
• Corrected GUI package structure to resolve:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'blastdbbuilder_gui'
• Fixed GUI screenshot rendering on the PyPI project page

This release improves installation reliability across Linux, WSL, HPC, and cloud environments.

No changes to the core BLAST database building workflow.
