Learn about vigilant mode.

Big update with many change and bug fixed. After several tests in the workshop, this version has been tested and can ensure stable, but there may still be bugs. I hope you can provide feedback to me on the channel.

P.S.Compared to the previous version currently uploaded, this version comes with a newly created negotiation mechanism, so it will excessively slow down the pace on maps such as 1939 and 1918. However, better performance on maps such as 1798 and 1914, because the new version similar to EU4, which strictly limits the expansion speed and war time of Player or AI. We will make special adaptation work for World War II in the future. If you have any suggestions, please send to us by Discord or comment on workshop.
