Scope. Turn Tempo into APM: enable the Tempo metrics-generator → auto RED metrics + service graph into Mimir; wire exemplars (Prometheus/Mimir) so a latency spike links to the exact trace; complete metrics ↔ traces ↔ logs correlation (P3 did trace→logs).
Verify. Click a latency spike → exemplar → trace → logs; a service map renders for the hub’s own components.
Dependency / ordering. Needs P3 (Tempo).
