…ery Achieved [roadmap:deterministic-substrate] Both Tranche A roadmaps are fully delivered — integration-recipe-factory across PRs #309/#310 (template, verification gate, harness backlog, four recipes) and lean-context-delivery across PR #311 (measured MCP surface budget, selective-retrieval guarantee, CLI-first delivery docs). Flips each to the Achieved terminal status (ADR-061) with its delivery note, so the corpus reflects the delivered reality. freshness-and-drift-detection stays non-terminal — phase 1 shipped, its CI-gate and retrieval-bias phases remain fenced.

With these two Achieved anddecision-to-code-proximityalready done, Tranche A is cleared except the fenced freshness later-phases.
