v2.3.0 — vibe-cli on macOS, Valid JSON, Sharper Skill Triggers

Community fixes plus a vibe-cli portability pass. vibe-cli was broken on stock macOS in three separate ways; all three are fixed and the secret scan is now under test in CI.

Fixed

• vibe-cli failed to start under macOS's /bin/bash 3.2 (unexpected EOF while looking for matching '). The pre-commit hook heredoc is now written directly instead of through command substitution, and stale vibe command names in messages now say vibe-cli. Thanks @rudyy07 (#5).
• vibe-cli pre-commit reported CLEAN on macOS with a secret staged. Every scan used grep -P, which BSD grep doesn't support, and the errors were suppressed. vibe-cli now uses GNU grep (ggrep) when the system grep lacks -P, and refuses to run, rather than pass falsely, when neither is available.
• --json printed nothing. The text-only log helpers returned non-zero in JSON mode, so set -e exited before any output. Also fixed: unescaped \ and " in patterns and paths produced invalid JSON, empty result arrays crashed under bash 3.2's set -u, decisions and spec-drift exited early when a grep matched nothing, and text summaries were appended after the JSON.
• scripts/validate-skills.sh: the skill-count consistency check used grep -P and was silently skipped on macOS; it now uses perl.

Changed

• Nine skill descriptions gained a "Use when..." trigger clause taken from each skill's own When to Use section, so agents select them more reliably: vibe-adversarial-test-generation, vibe-decision-journal, vibe-fuzz-parser-inputs, vibe-gap-analysis, vibe-gap-closure-loop, vibe-parallel-task-decomposition, vibe-rollback-plan, vibe-scenario-matrix, vibe-spec-sync. • README: vibe-cli command names in the spec-code-test loop. Thanks @webbrain-one (#4).
• CI: a smoke test stages a fake secret and asserts vibe-cli pre-commit blocks it.
