SimpleNotes: version history, kept by the server (model version 7)

A note's versions are kept at the server, so that every device has the
same history; devices download them and never write them.

- Model version 7 adds NoteVersion (noteID, title, text, created, owner):
  ODataSync down. The server refuses a client's writes to it.
- Server/SNVersions: as a write is about to change a note's text (its
  plain text or its rich text, whichever comes first), the text it had
  is kept, when the note's newest version is ten minutes old or older
  and differs: a clean copy of its text and formatting, without what
  was deleted from it. Thinned: all of the last day, the newest of each
  hour for a week, of each day for 30 days, none older. A note deleted
  for good takes its versions with it. Every set with an owner is now
  served by the notebooks' handler, per user or shared.
- Restore: the note made as the version by TopoText's fewest edits, in
  an editor of its own, then shown in the open ones: it syncs and merges
  as typing does, another device's typing elsewhere in the note staying.
- File > Version History... (VersionsPanel.xib) and, on iOS, Version
  History in the note's ... menu: the versions, the one chosen beside the
  note as it is now (what comes back highlighted, what goes struck
  through: TTStringChanges), Restore This Version.

Edits made offline make no version of their own: they come as one write.
A server not updated yet refuses a version 7 device ("no schema version
7"), as with every model version: the server first, then the apps.

Tests: thinning; a note's versions made at the server, downloaded by
another device, the oldest restored there while the first device typed
elsewhere in the note, both ending the same; migrations from version 6;
the self-tests (macOS, GNUstep, iOS) restore Groceries as seeded.
