Added

  • MCP initialize now supplies the same compact retrieval and preservation
    instructions to every host. Required task context, AGENTS.md, authorization,
    citations, exact errors and verification evidence stay mandatory; omitted
    source must be retrieved before editing or verification relies on it.
  • Real stdio handshake coverage verifies the instructions for Claude Code,
    Codex, generic, Grok, Devin and local-model host declarations. This is
    protocol compatibility evidence, not a provider execution or savings claim.
