Fixed

  • The npm CLI is now ashlr-plugin, alongside the unchanged ashlr-mcp entrypoint, so installing Plugin and Hub together does not overwrite Hub's ashlr command. Existing Plugin CLI callers must replace ashlr <subcommand> with ashlr-plugin <subcommand>; MCP registrations, tools, environment variables and local state paths are unchanged.
  • MCP startup recognizes dependencies resolved from npm's hoisted installation layout instead of triggering an unnecessary first-run dependency install; missing SDK modules retain the existing install fallback.
  • Pin core-efficiency v0.3.0 to its verified immutable release commit, preserving the same dependency source instead of resolving a movable tag.
