Ashlr Verse 3.18.0

Verse 3.18 makes the workbench simpler to use and gives operators more control over fleet capacity.

• Work with me / Work for me. Interactive chats and delegated fleet work are the two primary workspaces. Verse restores your last workspace and provides editable chat starters and direct paths to delegation, review and Leader guidance.
• Capacity you choose. Scheduling preferences and Swarm BUILD concurrency can exceed the former preset ceilings. BUILD still defaults to three; task fan-out has no fixed six-seat ceiling, and workspace retention can be explicitly disabled. Provider quotas, hardware, available ports and execution admission still determine what can run. The budget panel displays the current 64-item durable journal per tick; larger backlogs continue on subsequent ticks.
• Keep eligible work moving. Proven zero-dollar resident producers can continue after an ordinarily exhausted positive cash allowance. Explicit $0 remains Stop; metered and unknown-cost work waits. Hosted Devin retains its separate ACU gates. Devin CLI requires current account/model/pricing qualification and is excluded from this new exhausted-cash exception.
• Review signed scope clearly. Choose change-volume limits, including No volume cap, and review account enablement, roles, reserves and session ceilings before signing. A successful current preview and compatible custody helper are required for changed scope; existing grants are not automatically expanded.
• Inspect managed OpenAI Agents. ashlr openai-agents sessions, inspect and turns expose bounded, secret-safe API metadata with host-held authentication. This is read-only inventory; API access is separate from subscription seats. Packaged Agents, Dots and harness guides explain current capabilities and remaining integration work.
• Better reliability and usage evidence. Workspace create/restore refuses occupied or exhausted port ranges before side effects. Compatible local usage receipts can be compared offline without model calls or runtime eval gates. Bundled Hono is patched to 4.13.7 for GHSA-hxh3-vqpv-xpqv.

The arm64 desktop download is Ashlr_3.18.0_aarch64_locally-signed.dmg. It is locally signed, not Apple Developer ID notarized; macOS may require Open Anyway on first launch.

Autonomy remains an operator setup: install the compatible custody helper, review and sign the exact repository/account/spend scope, and explicitly start the resident service. A new grant starts in shadow; releases changing authority code require reapproval. This release does not establish a live Dots, native Muse Code or external Grok Bot execution connection.

Validation: 38,113 canonical test passes across 1785 distinct passed files; 133 declared backend skips and 14 skipped backend files are recorded in the release receipt. All ten hosted CI jobs and the dependency audit passed at the tagged source. The actual CLI archive passed isolated Hub/Plugin coexistence, 12 compiled Agents checks and 12 packaged-guide checks. Independent native/desktop-image and nine preview raw-route checks passed.
