Ashlr Verse 3.24.0

Ashlr Verse 3.24 adds saved global and per-account controls for using subscription allowance before reset, Automatic awake requests during observed local work, reported Devin organization consumption, and source-qualified Growth analytics. Automatic outcome planning confirms executable saved work and recovers from incomplete refinements.

Whole-project CI lint and type checks now run once, while every platform retains its build and tests. Across the observed 3.23 and 3.24 hosted runs, repeated static work fell from 1,055 to 156 runner-seconds; this is a static-stage measurement, not a whole-pipeline speed claim.

The Apple silicon DMG is signed with Ashlr Local and is not Apple Developer ID notarized. macOS may require Open Anyway on first launch. Existing CLI, package and saved-data identities remain stable.

Validation at source 9977b1559aaefae4c82166cb7872749341ca7fec: the complete seven-stage local release gate, all 13 hosted contexts, 12 native power/activity tests, 32 compiled metadata cases, three clean package consumers and independent whole-archive/DMG verification pass. All 10,507 archive payloads and all 722 bundled web assets are checked.

Reset controls exclude purchased-credit spending and retain signed floors. Actual reserve release remains held when the producing account and billing boundary are unconfirmed. Installing this release does not reauthorize credentials or activate the resident fleet. npm registry publication and physical phone acceptance are verified separately.
