Bugfixes

• Incorrect modal title when clicking "Block User" in user profile modal
• Modal action shouldn't necessarily default to "none"

Changes

• Add env var config options to set default preferences for:
  • Default post view type: PUBLIC_DEFAULT_VIEW= card, hybrid, compact, wide-card, wide-hybrid, wide-compact
• Tweak AUP banner. Only show if logging into the app for the first time.
  • Allows for linking to an item via Tesseract without guests having to ack the banner
