- QueryDatabase now checks for a defined connection spec (pool presence)
  instead of ActiveRecord's connected?, which stays false until the first
  checkout — ASK_DATABASE_URL/database.yml connections are now honored.
- Relative sqlite database paths in database.yml resolve against app_root
  like Rails does, not the harness's cwd.
