First public release

Local, personal-account Intervals.icu integration for Codex and stdio MCP clients.

  • 68 tools, 5 resources, 9 prompts and 4 workflow skills.
  • Training summaries, activity comparisons, recovery observations and plan adherence.
  • Previewed plans with stable UID upserts, conflict checks and per-session verification.

Installation

Download and extract intervals-icu-plugin-1.1.0.zip, then follow the README or 中文说明. The ZIP contains the portable plugin, skills, source and lockfile. The wheel contains the Python runtime only.

Validation

All six CI matrix jobs passed on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu with Python 3.11 and 3.13, plus packaging validation. Each test job ran 70 tests. Validation details.

Compatibility and limits

Deletion is disabled. Legacy direct-write tools remain direct writes. API source restrictions and subscription gates apply. Live account writing and device synchronization are not claimed as verified. This is an unofficial MIT-licensed community integration based on intervals-icu-mcp 5.4.0.
