- Extract streaming error classifier to detect empty HTTP responses caused by context window exhaustion in local AI providers
- Add provider-specific guidance (Ollama, Docker, LM Studio, LocalAI) for context window errors across all 10 locales
- Make ConfigurationErrorException always terminal to prevent futile retries
- Fix tools indicator button color and remove unnecessary model list divider
