Added
- Claude Code Dynamic Workflows adoption, opt-in and Claude-provider-only
(issue: workflows-embed). Two surfaces, both additive; the council, the 11
quality gates, the evidence gate, and the RARV loop are untouched (they stay
hand-rolled, deterministic, and provider-agnostic by design).loki ultracode "<task>": a passthrough that prepends theultracode
keyword so a native Claude Code Dynamic Workflow (background multi-agent
fan-out) runs for the task. Loki adds no orchestration of its own. Opt-in
(explicit command), capability-gated (Claude provider AND claude CLI= 2.1.154 AND workflows not disabled), with a cost-class disclosure printed
every time (workflows spawn many agents and cost meaningfully more; no dollar
figure is shown because there is no price API). Non-interactive without
--yesrefuses with exit 2 and zero invocation. On Codex/Cline/Aider or an
older/disabled CLI it prints an honest message and exits cleanly.LOKI_USE_CLAUDE_WORKFLOWS=1(default OFF): when set on the Claude provider,
the first-run READ-ONLY codebase-analysis pass (the no-PRD reverse-engineer
step) is dispatched as a workflow fan-out. Default behavior is byte-identical
when the flag is off or the provider is not Claude (deterministic fallback to
the existing three-pass analysis). Read-only; never gates "done".
