Feature-branch by default + advisory PR (enterprise-ready git flow)

loki start now works out of a feature branch by default. It branches off the
branch you ran it from (no longer hardcoded to main), commits the work at session
end, and PRINTS the exact git push + gh pr create commands for YOU to open the
pull request. This is the enterprise path: for teams whose existing CI/CD pipeline
deploys on push/merge, "git commit + open a PR" IS the deploy, and Loki now leaves
you on a committed branch ready to PR.

  • Branch is created off the run-from branch and persisted as the PR base (fixes the
prior hardcoded main). Detached HEAD and non-git directories no-op honestly.
  • Session-end commit is gated to Loki-minted loki/session-* branches only; a
branch you named yourself is never auto-committed.
  • Resume reuses the existing agent branch instead of minting a new one.
  • Secret-safe staging: .loki/ runtime state is self-ignored, and every staged
file is scanned (filename heuristic + content patterns, including URI-embedded
    credentials like postgres://user:pass@host and redis://:pass@host). If a
possible secret is detected the commit ABORTS, leaving your work uncommitted with
an honest message naming the file -- it never commits a possible secret.
  • PR is advisory by default (Loki prints, you run it). LOKI_AUTO_PR=1 restores
auto-push + auto-PR for anyone who wants it (now with the correct --base).
  • LOKI_BRANCH_PROTECTION=false remains a full opt-out (prior behavior preserved).

loki deploy: advisory, print-only deploy guidance (CI/CD-aware)

New loki deploy detects your project type and your installed cloud CLI, and
PRINTS the exact deploy command for you to run. It NEVER deploys, NEVER runs a
cloud CLI (not even --version), and NEVER runs git push -- Loki does not access
your cloud account. When a CI/CD pipeline config is detected (GitHub Actions,
GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure Pipelines, Bitbucket), the primary advice is
the git push + pull-request path, because your pipeline deploys on merge; cloud-CLI
options (vercel/netlify/fly/wrangler) are shown as secondary. Best-effort clipboard
copy of the idiomatic command.
