Proven PR: every PR Loki opens carries its own re-verifiable proof
When Loki opens a pull request, the PR body now includes an Evidence Receipt
summary so a reviewer does not have to take the agent on faith. The block shows
the honest verdict (VERIFIED / VERIFIED WITH GAPS / NOT VERIFIED), the key facts
(diff hash, tests, secure-gate result, cost), and a "verify this yourself" line:
loki proof verify <id> against the recorded base SHA. The receipt is rendered
by a single shared helper so every PR path Loki uses carries it consistently.
- Honest by construction: a green/VERIFIED claim appears only when the receipt's
own headline is VERIFIED. The renderer never recomputes a verdict and never
puts raw local state into a public PR body (it reads the redacted receipt). - On by default when Loki opens or advises a PR; opt out with LOKI_PROVEN_PR=0.
If a PR is already open, Loki leaves its body untouched and just logs a hint. - Optional advisory status check (
loki: verified-completion) maps the headline
to a check-run conclusion. It is OPT-IN (LOKI_PROVEN_PR_CHECK) and can never
block a merge -- only the repo owner can require it as a branch-protection
check. To make verified-completion blocking, add it as a required status check
on your repo. - The "verify yourself" command works on the default route, not just the legacy
bash route (parity-tested), and resolves correctly in the installed package
layout.
The dashboard proofs panel now links each proof to its PR and headline.
