Windows desktop app for downloading videos via yt-dlp, with a bundled custom FFmpeg for post-processing/remuxing.

What's new since v0.2.0

  • The app is now WPF-only; the old WinForms front end has been retired.
  • Download history: every attempt (completed, failed, or canceled) is logged to a local SQLite database — browse it with search, one-click redownload, "open in browser", and a clear-history action.
  • Light/Dark/System UI theme, switchable at runtime.
  • Custom Yes/No confirmation dialog and a redesigned About window/toolbar.
  • Guards against closing the app while a download is still in progress.

Features

  • Paste a link (or auto-detect one from the clipboard) and pick a video/audio quality, or auto-select the best available.
  • Batch downloads: drag-and-drop a list of URLs, or load them from a .txt file.
  • Configurable number of simultaneous downloads.
  • Per-job progress (percentage, speed, ETA) with cancel support.
  • Automatically keeps the bundled yt-dlp.exe up to date on startup.
  • UI available in English and Polish.

Requirements: Windows, .NET 8 Desktop Runtime.
