Markwrite 1.2.1 improves startup, shortcuts and update checks.

• Ctrl+1 editing, Ctrl+2 source, Ctrl+3 reading; Ctrl+Shift+M cycles modes. Use Command on Mac. Shortcuts target the focused pane in side-by-side views.
• Record custom shortcuts in Settings, check conflicts, clear or restore defaults, and apply immediately. Bindings persist across launches.
• Ordinary launches no longer reopen old Markdown tabs or folders. Files opened while the app is running add tabs. Unsaved drafts remain available for manual recovery from the File menu.
• Public updates need no token. Stable update checks fall back to public release metadata when the API is unavailable. Rate limits, invalid tokens and missing assets are reported separately; download size and SHA-256 verification remain enforced.

Installers: Linux x86_64, Windows x64, macOS Apple Silicon and Intel. Mac requires macOS 14+; bundles are ad-hoc signed and are not Apple-notarized.

Requires macOS 14+. Open the DMG matching your CPU, drag Markwrite.app to Applications, and launch it there. Both CPU builds run natively without Rosetta. This release adds Cocoa menus, Command/Option conventions, Finder cold/warm file opening, Markdown default-application registration, Keychain-backed API credentials, and CPU-aware verified DMG updates. Unsaved-change protection, Git tools, side-by-side comparisons, and independent pane modes remain available. Safe file moves, backup publication, reference updates, and conflict recovery now use macOS exclusive atomic rename.

• 四平台 正式构建与测试通过；每个平台 1004 项前端测试，原生测试 Linux 99、Windows 90、两种 Mac 各 94 项通过。各平台另有 2 项可选前端诊断及 2 项原生助手未执行。
• 两种 Mac 的 最终安装包检查通过：DMG、搬移后签名、原生架构、Finder 冷热打开、系统菜单、独立窗口及原生退出。退出一个独立窗口后另一个继续运行；测试源文件内容保持不变。

All four platform builds passed. Each ran 1,004 frontend tests; native tests passed: Linux 99, Windows 90, Apple Silicon 94, Intel Mac 94. Two optional frontend diagnostics and two native helper tests per platform were not run. Both downloaded Mac installers passed signature/architecture checks, relocated launch, Finder cold/warm opening, native menus, independent windows, and native Quit. Closing one independent process left the other running; source files were unchanged.

Open View → Source + reading (same document) with just one document open.

• Start with source on the left and reading on the right. Each pane independently supports editing, source and reading—all nine combinations.
• Changes in either pane update the other immediately. Both share one document, path and save state.
• Save from either pane. Each pane undoes its own edits while retaining non-conflicting changes from the other pane and mapping cursor positions.
• Link scrolling, resize the divider, or close the right pane. The split follows the active file.
• Two-document comparison and text differences remain available. Both language guides include instructions and real desktop screenshots.

Validation / 验证

999 frontend tests passed, with 2 optional tests skipped. Linux desktop checks in Chinese and English exercised native input in both panes, live preview, all nine mode combinations, right-pane save/undo, read/edit permissions, and closing the split and application. Only isolated fixture files were edited.

This update adds practical review workflows to local Markdown reading and editing.

• Text differences: compare current documents, including unsaved edits, with aligned line numbers, character changes, folded context, and change navigation.
• AI connections: Chat Completions, Responses, and Anthropic Messages; base URL completion, exact custom routes, visible request destinations, connection tests, and actionable HTTP/provider errors.
• Remembered keys: keep connection settings and optionally save keys in the Linux system keyring or Windows Credential Manager across restarts. Delete a stored key separately.
• Install updates: install a verified download from Settings after handling unsaved work. Portable Linux keeps an executable backup; system Linux requests installation authorization; Windows launches its installer. Reopen to use the update.
• Documentation: a short download-first README plus Chinese and English feature guides with actual screenshots.

Bring your own AI service and quota. Connection tests may count toward API usage. Core reading and editing require no account. Keys stay out of plain settings, documents, and backups; temporary keys remain available when the system store is unavailable.

Validation / 验证

996 frontend, 95 Linux native, and 86 Windows native tests passed (2 optional tests skipped in each suite). Linux desktop checks covered both languages, all three AI protocols against a local test server, key restoration after restart, text comparison, and source-file protection. An isolated portable build exercised download, verification, cancellation, installation, backup, and reopening against a real GitHub release.

Windows CI passed installation, file associations, independent-process recovery, and uninstallation on rerun. The first final CI attempt had one 20-second normal-close timeout; that intermittent timing issue has not been separately reproduced.

• Add Discard changes and exit, clearing both recovery generations. Keep draft, save, and cancel remain available. Discard does not undo writes already saved to disk.
• Paste screenshots and clipboard images in live/source editing, including copied Linux image files. Use relative attachments by default and choose a file location for new drafts first. Reading remains read-only.
• Render embedded Base64 images in live editing, including adjacent paragraphs, active image lines, and standalone images in long documents. Original Markdown and existing asset locations remain unchanged.

983 frontend and 88 Linux native tests pass, with two optional/helper cases excluded per suite. Native Linux UI checks cover screenshot/file-image paste, relative assets, first save, read-only protection, all four exit choices, recovery, and live rendering of an existing long Base64 image. No user document was modified.

Windows 剪贴板跨应用格式及真实中文输入法仍需用户环境验证；本补丁未重新执行 1.0.0 的两小时持续测试。源码视图显示 Markdown 或 Base64 是正常行为，查看图片请用编辑/阅读或外部编辑器预览。
Windows cross-application clipboard formats and physical IME behavior remain environment-dependent. The 1.0.0 two-hour soak was not repeated for this patch. Source views intentionally show Markdown/Base64; use live editing, reading, or an external editor’s preview to see images.

Fixes address native long-document stalls, stale concurrent edit acknowledgements and cancelled native table dragging.

970 frontend tests, 85 Linux native tests and 77 Windows native tests passed. Both platform builds and Windows installation, file association, process recovery and uninstallation passed in CI.

Linux实际验证IBus/Fcitx5中文候选输入、双进程真实草稿恢复、Wayland原生窗口、125%/150% GTK字体缩放、1/10MiB编辑、保存原子替换前后终止恢复和中断移动回滚。LibreOffice 7.3实际公式排版通过。最终冻结程序完成 7200.13秒（至少两小时）、240轮实际输入/撤销与模式切换，精确草稿校验全部通过，原文件hash和mtime不变。整个进程树RSS范围576.7–656.4MiB，结束636.3MiB；前10轮均值594.2MiB、后10轮626.9MiB。内存包含WebKit，受软件显示和同时运行任务影响；此结果不证明任意负载无泄漏。 外部/proc采样236次：进程树打开文件描述符96–98个，末次96个；PSS范围274.0–416.6MiB。
Linux checks cover real IBus/Fcitx5 candidate input, typed-draft recovery across processes, a native nested-Wayland client, GTK text scaling, 1/10MiB editing, process failure around atomic replacement and interrupted-move recovery. LibreOffice 7.3 equation layout passed. The frozen program completed 7200.13 seconds and 240 real input/undo cycles with mode switches, exact persisted-draft checks and unchanged source hashes/mtimes. Process-tree RSS including WebKit ranged from 576.7 to 656.4MiB and ended at 636.3MiB; the first/last ten-cycle means were 594.2/626.9MiB. Software-display and concurrent-task overhead apply; this does not prove the absence of leaks under every workload. External /proc sampling (236 observations) recorded 96–98 open descriptors, ending at 96, and 274.0–416.6MiB proportional memory (PSS).

The one-second startup goal is unmet: fresh-process 1MiB software-rendering samples took 1.149–4.034 seconds with a warm OS cache. A 31-Latin-key software-framebuffer sample measured about 45ms P95. Very large documents reduce live rendering; the file limit is 32MiB. Cold-disk performance, physical mixed-DPI displays, Windows IME, Word/WPS, destination-platform paste and specific commercial services remain unverified. Process-fault injection does not establish physical power-loss durability. Optional AI/upload/publishing connections require explicit configuration and action.

• Syntax highlighting in reading mode and HTML exports, with on-demand language workers. Unknown languages and individual blocks above 40,000 characters remain plain text.
• Ctrl+P recursively searches Markdown filenames, including unexpanded Chinese subfolders, without loading document contents or building a knowledge index. Searches are cancellable and return up to 500 results.
• A keyboard-accessible sidebar overlay for narrow windows, with Escape/backdrop dismissal and restoration of the wide-window sidebar state.
• Git conflict explanations and explicit resolution of saved files, including retained deletions or local content. Review all staged files before completing a merge. No automatic push or staging of unsaved editor buffers.
• Fixed a Linux WebKitGTK rendering-process crash involving hidden live-editing syntax and Chinese input. Real IBus libpinyin candidate input and undo/redo pass in both editing modes.
• Documentation now separates implementation, verification and delivery, with explicit remaining work.

The final Linux deb executable passed actual menu/keyboard checks for the highlighting worker, recursive Chinese-path quick open, conflict resolution through a two-parent Git merge and real IBus input/undo/redo in source and live editing. Browser checks covered the narrow overlay, light/dark coloring, search and downloaded HTML.

1 秒启动目标仍未达到。 1MiB 文档、10 次新进程/新配置样本中位数 1.346 秒，范围1.330–3.552秒，0/10低于1秒。i9-14900HX/约16GB、WebKitGTK 2.50.4、私有Xephyr软件绘制，250ms可访问性轮询计时，未清操作系统缓存；不等于完整冷启动验收。

The one-second launch target remains unmet. Ten fresh-process/fresh-profile 1MiB samples had a median of 1.346 seconds (range 1.330–3.552; none below one second). Measurements used an i9-14900HX/approximately 16GB, WebKitGTK 2.50.4, private Xephyr software rendering and 250ms accessibility polling without clearing OS caches. This is not full cold-start acceptance.

尚待验收：完整冷缓存基准、输入到绘制P95、两小时稳定性与内存、Fcitx5/Windows真实中文输入、Wayland/多屏/DPI及Word/WPS、公众号/飞书和真实联网服务。后续未实现增强包括高级表格操作、图片图注/重链、双编辑器同步滚动、自定义快捷键、三方合并、批量中断恢复界面、可编辑Office公式及完整Typora主题包。

Still pending: cold-cache baselines, input-to-paint P95, two-hour stability/memory, Fcitx5/Windows real Chinese input, Wayland/multi-monitor/DPI and actual Office/clipboard/service interoperability. Future features include advanced table manipulation, image captions/relinking, synchronized dual editors, custom shortcuts, three-way merge, interrupted batch-operation recovery UI, editable Office equations and complete Typora theme packs.

• Reading does not load the editor, toggle tasks or autosave recovered drafts. Switch deliberately to edit; returning to reading preserves text and undo history.
• Full-document search, match counts, saved reading positions, paragraph bookmarks, navigation history and adjacent files.
• All 652 official CommonMark base examples pass. Tables, tasks, footnotes, KaTeX and Mermaid share a parser; Wiki/custom syntax is opt-in.
• Independent process windows, separate recovery profiles and cross-process save conflict detection.
• In-place relative images and Chinese filenames; read-only encoding previews with UTF-8, UTF-16 LE/BE, GBK and GB18030 save preservation.
• Worker parsing, virtualized document blocks and lazy images/diagrams; search and full-document copy include unmounted paragraphs.

验证与边界 / Validation and limits

最终 Linux / Windows CI 全部成功：两平台均通过 928 项前端测试（2 项可选诊断默认跳过），Linux 77 项原生测试通过，Windows 69 项原生测试通过（各忽略 2 项）。Windows 安装、中文及空格路径文件关联、独立进程、会话恢复、原文件保持和卸载全部通过。

Final Linux / Windows CI passed: 928 frontend tests on each platform (two optional diagnostics skipped), 77 native Linux tests and 69 native Windows tests (two ignored on each). Windows installation, quoted/Chinese filename associations, independent processes, session recovery, unchanged source files and removal all passed.

本机通过 928 项前端测试、77 项 Linux 原生测试。真实 Linux 双进程验证实际键入、单进程终止、另一个继续滚动与正常关闭、双方草稿恢复，原文件 hash 和修改时间不变。真实浏览器验证 10,000 段搜索、全文复制、脚注、阅读位置、Mermaid、HTML/纯文本剪贴板与 PDF 输出；安装包内的 Linux WebKit 还实际验证了 PDF 目录、正文、表格、行内公式及翻页。

Local checks passed 928 frontend tests and 77 native Linux tests. Actual Linux processes verified typed drafts, termination of one process, continued scrolling and normal closure of the survivor, recovery of both drafts and unchanged source hashes/mtimes. Real-browser checks covered 10,000 paragraphs, full copying, footnotes, reading positions, Mermaid, HTML/plain clipboard data and PDF output. The packaged Linux WebKit also rendered actual PDF contents, body text, tables and inline math, with working page navigation.

One-second startup remains a target. A final packaged Linux 1MiB sample took about 1.44 seconds to readable content under private Xephyr software rendering with 250ms polling. Files are limited to 32MiB; extreme individual blocks and complex diagrams still have costs. Destination editors may filter clipboard styles/data images; actual WeChat/Feishu paste acceptance is not claimed. Workspace batch indexing/reference rewriting require UTF-8; ZIP does not recursively collect attachments from linked Markdown. See the README for all limits.

This is a preview release. Imported themes may filter unsupported rules; scheduled backups run while the app is open and exclude unsaved drafts; cross-filesystem moves are unsupported, and reference changes across multiple files are not power-loss atomic. Updates require manual installation. See the README for details and limitations.

Markwrite 0.3.2 — 浮动工具条与双语介绍

界面更简洁 / A quieter writing interface

• 移除顶部模式下拉框。阅读、编辑、源码与专注按钮移到右下角、状态栏上方：鼠标停留时显示，移开后隐藏；键盘 Tab 聚焦可显示，触屏设备上工具条保持显示。

• 在「设置 → 外观」调整浮动工具条透明度，范围 0–80%，默认 15%。

• 侧栏品牌显示 墨页 Markwrite，其他应用名称、窗口与桌面快捷方式统一使用 Markwrite。

• README、应用内介绍与 GitHub 项目简介提供中文和英文。

• 修复窄窗口中的面板与插入工具条遮挡。

• Removed the mode dropdown from the top bar. Reading, editing, source, and focus controls now float at the bottom right, above the status bar. Hover to reveal them; move away to hide them. Keyboard Tab focus reveals the controls, and touch devices keep the controls visible.

• Set floating-toolbar transparency in Settings → Appearance, from 0–80%, with a default of 15%.

• The sidebar displays the bilingual brand 墨页 Markwrite. Other application names, window titles, and desktop shortcuts use Markwrite.

• The README, in-app introduction, and GitHub project description are available in Chinese and English.

功能提交 ae35f83 的 Linux / Windows CI 全部通过：两个平台前端均 134 项通过、2 项可选诊断跳过；Linux 原生 39 项通过、1 项跳过，Windows 原生 34 项通过、1 项跳过。Windows NSIS 安装、文件关联命令的路径引用、启动/关闭及卸载检查通过。本机最终程序已验证中文与空格路径、父目录文件树、默认阅读、会话恢复、正常关闭和默认 15% 透明度的保存。

Linux / Windows CI passed for functional commit ae35f83: 134 frontend tests passed on each platform, with two optional diagnostics skipped; native tests passed 39 on Linux and 34 on Windows, with one skipped on each. Windows NSIS installation, quoted file-association paths, startup/shutdown, and uninstall checks passed. Local checks covered Chinese and space-containing paths, the parent-folder tree, default reading mode, session recovery, normal shutdown, and persistence of the default 15% transparency.
