Shelter and Your First Night

Build a shelter and get a bed. Night time can be very difficult.

Resources

With the Ore Excavation mod, you can vein mine trees. This will allow you to gather resources for a shelter quickly.

Tools, Weapons, Armor

Followed by a Tinkers' Construct smeltery.

Food

Using Pam's HarvestCraft, establish a food source, especially potatoes...
