SGI Models For R96 Downsaled

SGI versions of Pokey & Goomba by FoX, I've put them here instead of in the texture pack like they were before, didn't realize models cant be loaded in a texture pack
Added a custom boo texture based on the promotional artwork, only works properly in dynos or by putting the textures into a texture pack
