I'm running Windows 10 and I've encountered the following issue while cloning this repo (just letting you guys know):

• Clone the configuration repo to my local drive with git clone <repo url>
• Open the solution with Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise
• A non fatal error occurs and a dialog with the following message pops up:

The project system has encountered an error.

An element with the same key but a different value already exists. Key: NETStandard.Library.NETFramework

A diagnostic log has been written to the following location:
"C:\Users<MyUserAccount>\AppData\Local\Temp\VsProjectFault_.failure.txt".
