Match Day polish and a couple of fixes on top of 1.0.0.

Changed

  • Match Day: queue reflowed into two columns with compacter cards;
    panel headers tightened; the match-details panel now reflows for
    narrower widths.
  • Match Day: queue is sorted by scheduled time before the ready state,
    so next-up matches surface at the top regardless of readiness.

Fixed

  • Match Day: revert a live match from the result dialog — puts the match
    back into the queue without recording a result.
  • Editing a player's first/last name now updates the auto-generated
    team names that reference that player.
