New Feature: Deep Linking & Snapshots

  • Deep Linking: Allow sharing of search URL (/?q=owner/repo) for direct access to results.

  • Snapshots: Allow sharing of a historical record (/?id=123) with static database data.

  • Share Button: New button in the RepoInfoCard to generate permanent links via clipboard.

Backend

  • RPC Update in Supabase: Support for numeric IDs and historical snapshot reading.

  • saveSearch(): Asynchronous function that returns the numeric ID of the saved record.

  • getSnapshot(id): New function to retrieve historical database data.

Engineering & UX

  • Data Adapter: Conversion of flat data from Supabase to the nested format expected by the dashboard.

  • History Mode: Blue visual alert indicating when data is static (does not reflect the current state of GitHub).

  • URL Management: Intelligent management of query parameters (?id= and ?q=) at application initialization.
