The tenth release of 0.9 branch. The new command clmakeidentdb was added. The identdb-associated function was added to clidentseq. RefSeq accession removal function was added to clmaketaxdb and clretrieveacc. Duplicate hits handling in clmakecachedb was fixed. The outputjump option was added to clsplitseq. The problem that pseudo-pooling does not work in cldenoiseseqd was fixed. The fuseotu option was added to clsumtaxa.
