The twenty-third release of 0.9 branch. A problem of clplotwordcloud when --append is not enabled was fixed. A bug of file concatenation in clsplitseq was fixed. Parallel processing of clfilterseq, climportfastq, clremovecontam and clsplitseq were refined.
