The twenty-fifth release of 0.9 branch. "--tableformat" option of clfiltersum was fixed. Calculating tag jump probability when "--pjump" is given was changed in clremovecontam. Several potentially erroneous codes were fixed in clremovecontam. Calculating pforwardjump2 (F') and preversejump2 (R') was fixed in clremovecontam. "--fwerunit" option was added to clremovecontam and default was set to WHOLE.
