Document Composer installation and compatibility.

  • Add installation instructions using composer require asterixcapri/neuron-interaction.
  • State the PHP 8.4.1+ requirement and Neuron AI 3 compatibility for the 0.8.x branch.
  • Explain that Composer installs Neuron AI as a dependency and that Neuron TUI already includes Neuron Interaction.

Documentation-only release; no library code or dependency changes.
