FE2io Python v0.1.1

I decided to do this update after someone reported the program broke after playing Virulent Junkyard. This update is aimed to address that issue, and several other issues. Please read the README file for details of installing ffmpeg to fix Virulent Junkyard, and other maps that uses m4a audio.

CHANGELOG:

• Fixed m4a audio files
• Added debounce for when set_audio can be run again
• Updated quick launch arguments (see README for more info)
• Fixed Death Quieten not resetting the volume back to normal after another music plays
• Fixed LB's io on leave function not working
