v1.0.0 freezes the Python edition. This is the last release that ships both the Python edition (antigravity_bridge.py, port 8000) and the Node.js edition (src/, port 8008). From here on only the Node.js edition is developed; the Python edition stays as released here.

Both editions in this release share the same HTTP API (OpenAI /v1/chat/completions, Anthropic /v1/messages, /v1/images/generations, /health), the same .env, and the same profile rotation.

Included since the previous public state of main (all in both editions, verified against the production Hermes / Telegram bots):

  • API-mode tool guard: a blocked agy tool step is answered with the equivalent client-side tool call when the request defines one (terminal-style tool for run_command / list_dir / grep_search / find_by_name, file-reading tool for view_file); otherwise retried once on the same profile with a notice that names the client's tools. ANTIGRAVITY_TRANSLATE_BLOCKED_TOOLS, ANTIGRAVITY_TOOL_BLOCK_RETRIES.
  • A run that agy ends with its own "improperly formatted function call" error is salvaged when the model had already replied with a client-side tool call ([SALVAGED]), instead of failing over to another profile.
  • Tool-call JSON with raw newlines or non-JSON escapes inside strings is repaired and parsed.
  • Tool-calling instructions ask for one-line JSON strings and for multi-line scripts to be written to a file and run.
  • Opt-in ANTIGRAVITY_ALLOW_TRANSCRIPT_READS and large-prompt delivery over stdin.
