plan create bulk import — Create or replace a full project plan from JSON (--file or stdin). Short IDs (e.g. n1, m1) are automatically mapped to UUIDs. A dependencies array on nodes is resolved into edges. Returns idMapping in --json output so callers can reference created nodes.
Fixes
- Merged new
--file option, short-ID→UUID mapping, and idMapping output into existing plan create command (preventing duplicate command registration)
- Robust error assertions in integration tests (
err.stdout fallback)
