Stable release, adjusting a few things based on parent theme changes.

• FIX: Adjusted style for single.php based on incoming code changes in Pitchfork v2.1.
• FIX: Adjust mobile display of #event-breakout section within single.php template.
• CHANGE: SASS and JS compile process now works with Gulp WP to mirror the functionality of the parent theme.
• FIX: Removed several unused files from child theme that were left over from intiial build modeled on Inner Circle.
