Self-contained flash bundles: each zip holds the firmware, a flash
script, and the setup guide as both FLASH.md and a styled FLASH.html
(open it in a browser) covering tools, wiring, flashing, and Apple
Home setup. Evaluation firmware with Matter test certificates.

The ESP32-S3 image also flashes straight from the browser, no tools
at all: https://asxeem.github.io/openaliro/flash/ (Chrome or
Edge). The loose .bin/.manifest.json assets below feed that page.
