Description
Updated parser, generator to latest versions and removed unwanted PHPStorm files (.DS_Store)
Motivation and context
Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?
Updated dependencies as they were updated. Removing the .DS_Store file also aids as it was throwing errors.

Run generator and also all tests according to the output
