RefindPlus 0.13.2 AG - With Mouse Support For All Firmware

Release Features - Mouse Support:
Mouse polling in continuous which allows old firmware to respond.
Mouse support on old firmware tested on EFI rev2.0 to 2.70 all working as expected

Release Features - Visual Enhancement:
The pointer auto-hides when keyboard is used and during the timer
Also smooth pointer drawing fixed when switching from keyboard to mouse and vice versa

Release Features - Other:
Stable release with smooth operations
Since this is a RefindPlus release it support all RefindPlus including config.conf file support and backward compatibility with refind's refind.conf files

P.S. The main reason I added mouse support for old firmware on this specific revision is that it's the last revision that doesn't have missing and ghost click bug when selecting items from the main menu or the tools menu
