Release repair and runtime hardening.

  • Restores the tracked Duo CLI entrypoint and green CI.
  • Makes the Pi bridge opt-in.
  • Isolates concurrent Duo sessions with dynamic ports and random tokens.
  • Fixes process-exit and closed-input handling.
  • Ships macOS and Linux archives for amd64 and arm64.
