EKS 1.35 Migration

• Removed --pod-infra-container-image kubelet flag (unsupported in Kubernetes 1.35+)

Alignment with Upstream Bootstrap Script

• Added EKSKUBELOGLEVEL environment variable support for configurable kubelet/kube-proxy log verbosity (valid range: 1-8, default: 1)
• Added SERVICE_IPV4_CIDR environment variable for overriding the Kubernetes service CIDR
• ServiceCIDR fallback now matches the upstream PS1 logic: SERVICE_IPV4_CIDR env var > cluster info > VPC-range-based default (172.20.0.0/16 for 10.* VPCs, 10.100.0.0/16 otherwise)
• VPC CIDR ranges for SNAT exclusion now fetched from the vpc-ipv4-cidr-blocks (plural) metadata endpoint, supporting VPCs with multiple associated CIDR blocks

Code Quality

• Regex patterns converted to [GeneratedRegex] for compile-time source generation
• Logging migrated from string interpolation to structured logging with IsEnabled guards
• Minor cleanups: readonly fields, static methods, collection expressions, target-typed new, correct exception types for field validation
