Edge TTS for Android 1.0

The first Android release of Edge TTS: a system-wide online text-to-speech engine for Android, TalkBack, and other TTS-enabled apps.

Install:

1. Download Edge-TTS-Android-1.0.apk below.
2. Allow installation from your browser or file manager when Android asks.
3. Open Edge TTS and choose it in Android text-to-speech settings.
4. Select your language and voice.

Important: this is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. It uses an undocumented online consumer speech endpoint, requires internet access, sends text to Microsoft's service for synthesis, and may stop working if that endpoint changes.
