Summary

document @scalar/api-reference-react as a direct client dependency used by API Explorer
remove the stale direct-dependency row for @dnd-kit/utilities
align the documented server sharp override with the 0.35.4 manifest pin

Test plan

validate dependency rows against client/package.json and server/package.json
run git diff --check
