Builds the deposit that funds a market balance, instead of leaving it to each integration.

  • deposit builds the settlement token's transfer to the market contract with memo deposit, from the token contract the caller names, on the builder and the generator alike. purchaseSaleActions now composes it instead of assembling its own transfer, and the emitted triple is unchanged. (#28)
