🖥️ DeskWeb v1.0.1 — Complete Desktop Mouse & Keyboard Interactions

This update transforms DeskWeb into an uncompromising desktop-class browser for Android, Samsung DeX, Motorola Ready For, and scrcpy/PC streaming setups.

🖱️ True Desktop Mouse & Trackpad Experience

  • Middle-Click on Links: Open any link in a new background tab without losing current focus.
  • Middle-Click on Tabs: Instantly close tabs with a middle mouse click.
  • Middle-Click on Bookmarks & New Tab: Open bookmarks and new tabs in the background.
  • Full Desktop Right-Click Context Menu:
    • Page Actions: Back, Forward, Reload, Print, Find in Page, Page Screenshot, View Source.
    • Link Actions: Open in new tab, Open in background tab, Copy link address.
    • Image Actions: Open image in new tab, Save image to device, Copy image address.
    • Text/Input Actions: Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All.
  • Tab Strip Context Menu: Right-click tabs to Reload, Duplicate, Close, or Close Other Tabs.
  • Ctrl + Mouse Scroll Wheel: Smooth desktop zoom in/out from 25% to 500%.
  • Shift + Mouse Scroll Wheel: Horizontal page scrolling.
  • Mouse Buttons 4 & 5 (Thumb Buttons): Instant history Back and Forward navigation.
  • Desktop Hover Pointers: Pointer changes to hand (TYPE_HAND) over all buttons, tabs, links, and text caret (TYPE_TEXT) over address bar.

⌨️ Full Desktop Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Tab Navigation:
    • Ctrl + Shift + T: Reopen last closed tab
    • Ctrl + Tab / Ctrl + PageDown: Switch to next tab
    • Ctrl + Shift + Tab / Ctrl + PageUp: Switch to previous tab
    • Ctrl + 1 ... 8: Jump directly to tab 1 through 8
    • Ctrl + 9: Jump to the last tab
  • Page & Productivity:
    • Ctrl + Shift + R / Ctrl + F5: Hard reload (bypass cache)
    • Ctrl + Shift + B: Toggle Bookmarks Bar
    • Ctrl + Shift + N: Open Guest Browsing Window
    • Ctrl + F: Find in Page with Enter (Next), Shift+Enter (Prev), Esc (Close)
    • Ctrl + P: Print current page to PDF / Printer
    • Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y: Undo / Redo in text fields
    • Ctrl + 0: Reset zoom to 100%
    • Esc: Cancel address bar edit & refocus page, dismiss Find bar and dialogs

🛠️ Fixes & Polish

  • Enhanced clipboard handling (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+A) across physical keyboards and scrcpy without intercepting native web input fields.
  • Suppressed virtual on-screen keyboard even inside dynamic single-page applications (SPAs) and modal dialogues when Restrict Keyboard is enabled.
