llmwiki 1.4.2 fixes llmwiki compile with the codex-agent provider.

• In 1.4.1, concept extraction through codex-agent failed with invalid_json_schema, because Codex accepts only strict output schemas. The provider now sends Codex a strict copy of each tool schema, and optional fields keep their meaning.
• Thanks to @frankstallone for the report and the diagnosis.

No other changes. Install llm-wiki-compiler@1.4.2; the supporting packages use matching versions.
