Prebuilt binaries for this tag, produced by the release workflow
from this commit. Verify with SHA256SUMS.txt.

Both binaries pass --self-test, which checks both detectors against
injected faults. Run sdcprobe --self-test yourself first if you
want to confirm the download works before spending hours on a sweep.

Windows: static build, needs only KERNEL32.dll and msvcrt.dll.
Linux: dynamically linked against the system libstdc++.
