feat(release): enhance iOS build process in release workflow

- Updated the release workflow to install both XcodeGen and xcpretty for improved project generation and build output formatting.
- Changed the build step to archive the iOS app instead of just building, with added error handling to attempt a simulator build if the archive fails.
- Enhanced the app packaging step to prioritize the archived app and added logging for better visibility of the found app path.
- Refactored the SettingsSheet view to support both NavigationStack and NavigationView for compatibility with different iOS versions.
