AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • 注册 gpt-6-astra 与公开别名 gpt-6（模型清单、白名单、预设映射、OpenCode 配置）
  • 修正 Astra 计价：此前落到 gpt-5.4 兜底，按官方 1e-5/5e-5 计并纳入 272K 长上下文换档
  • 修正 Codex 清单档位：补写 low/medium/high/xhigh/max，消除 Astra 的
    "'none' is not supported" 报错
  • /v1/messages 缓存身份放行 Astra；用量记录保留 reasoning.effort=max
