AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • 完整支持 gpt-6-sol / gpt-6-luna：模型发现、别名与日期/推理档后缀、none 至 max、Fast/Priority、105 万上下文与 12.8 万输出
  • 补齐 API Key Codex 清单的完整 Responses 模式及模型映射兼容
  • 按官方标准、缓存、Priority 与长上下文规则计费，不继承 Astra 的 1.8 倍业务加价
  • GPT-5 及后续代际统一按 reasoning 模型处理；Sol/Luna 仅在 reasoning.effort=none 时保留采样参数
  • 清理 GPT 不支持的显式 prompt-cache hints，同时保留 prompt_cache_key、工具参数、metadata 与用户 JSON
  • 保留调用方 OpenAI-Beta，仅移除旧 responses=experimental
  • Codex WebSocket 切换 context window 时断开旧 previous_response_id 续链
  • 前端白名单、预设映射和 OpenCode 配置同步加入 Sol/Luna

验证：Go 普通/unit/integration 全量测试通过；golangci-lint 0 issues；前端 lint、typecheck、108 个测试文件共 646 个用例及生产构建通过。
