midicci-app now supports Android. My sibling project AAP (Audio Plugins For Android) makes use of midicci too so that AAP's MidiUmpDeviceService and midicci-app can interact with each other.
We have some patches to libremidi for AMIDI UMP support, which is still kind of AI slop and not quite ready to upstream yet.
Windows version is still blocked (libremidi now supports virtual UMP devices so that virtual device enumeration works at midi.exe level at least, but libremidi's client side does not work with it yet).
