hotato 1.0.0 - first stable

First stable release: the audited, fix-verified Guardian/Fleet evidence kernel + local control plane, promoted from 0.10.0 to commit to the stable public API. The proof gate recomputes before/after verdicts from on-disk audio under a pinned manifest and refuses forged/re-encoded/incomplete/unrelated trials. hotato fleet is a private, self-hosted, zero-dependency control plane that recommends and never auto-deploys. External independently-attested proof is not yet published; evidence stays bounded by inputs. Install: pip install hotato
